We were really excited when we open this up last night since we've been having problems with our old SNES and controllers. I spent 30 minutes trying to get the video to display through my ONKYO TX-SR605 on either S-Video or RCA jack. All I got was flicker blue screen. The RCA jacks are loose and don't hold well to the plugs. When I passed the video directly to my TV, I was able to get both RCA and S-Video but the S-Video had a horizontal static band scrolling through the picture. I'm very happy to be able to play my old SNES games but very disappointed to not be able to pass it through my receiver for ease of use.

5 of 5 Excellent Replacement System for the old SNES Friday, May 22, 2009

This console is well worth it. Replaces old NES and SNES in one compact console. Also backwards compatable with old SNES controllers. Comes w/ S-Video for enhanced clarity.
