This unit worked well for the first 6 months and then the CD changer, which pops up to load, failed to work. I think the malfunction was caused because a book had been placed on the top of the unit. Unfortunately, it would cost more to fix it than the unit is worth. The sound takes a bit of getting used to; the bass is too prominent and can't be adjusted.
It's an AM/FM clock radio with a CD and shouldn't be more than $25. My basic complaint is that it's overpriced and should've been designed to withstand a book being placed on top of the unit.
