Clarity is ok, but lot of hissing noise when no music is playing....as u raise the volume, the clarity reduces and it hurts ur ear....Also the ear plugs are huge....If u r looking 4 a replacement for ur original ipod earphones, this is not it......may be u will be more satisfied wid a philips or a sony... These earphones are great, they have great sound, seem to be solidly constructed, both earphone and plugs. And the earphones stay in your ear. Great value at the price!
Small pet peeves:
1) mini pin plug extends quite long; my laptop, a Lenovo T400, has its earphone jacks in the front, so the plug can bump into you in tight quarters (e.g. in a plane)
2) earphone comes with short cord and a long extension; seems unnecessary as short cord is too short to use without the extension; and the whole short left and long right cable doesn't seem to work well for me
Overall, it's still a great value and I would buy it again! Was this review helpful?

Very nice ear buds, great sound, very nicely made. Using this item with my PSP and DS Lite for handheld gaming seems to work great. Shipping from "Buy" was excellent, informative, and speedy. Using UPSi seemed to work very well also. Was this review helpful?

There are a few things that were slightly less desirable about these headphones. One thing is the way the left a right ear cables are separated (the right ear cable is about 2x longer than the left cable). This created an imbalance in weight, and drags the left bud out of my ear when I walk with the headphones in. When sitting still it is not an issue. I also noticed that the aluminum housing is a bit on the long side, and protrudes out my ear a little more than I would like. Over all, the sound quality is solid, and for 11 bucks, it is a great buy. Was this review helpful?

Low fidelity. Any real sustained bass is not only lost, but these buds produce an uncomfortable buzz. I guess these earbuds are good for listening to spoken word. The wires from the buds are very short and one side longer than the other. An extension is included. These buds look kind of nice, but I found that for me they are not very comfortable in the ear, despite coming with different sized earpieces, which are not easy to switch. Fit perfect out of the box much louder than my ipod earphones has an extension cord for my headphones. Which makes my headphone cord longer. Without almost too short but would be nice on the move, with it's very long and works well at work. Was this review helpful?

I felt the buds didn't fit as well as the Sony version. Sound quality good. Love the break in the line to allow for two different cable lengths. Handy to keep a lot of extra line hanging around your neck to catch on things. Good value for the money. Was this review helpful?
