What can I say other than BRAVO! replaced a Q6600 with this after reading previous reviews. Paired it with 1066 memory and with 1200 memory and it totally ROCKS and the price is very good for what you get. MAXIMUM BANG FOR THE BUCK!

5 of 5 A processor for todays computing... Monday, September 08, 2008

This processor is awesome. Such a good value when comparing performance to price. I'm running Vista Ultimate with 2GB of memory and an EVGA 780i motherboard, stock cooling and speeds, and I haven't had any issues yet. I did, however, have to set the multiplier manually in the BIOS, but that's not the processors fault. I do a lot of work with VMWare Workstation on this machine, and I have yet to have any performance issues. If you budget allows for a processor in this price range, there really is no question if you should get it.
