This is my third lightweight vac purchase-the last two were junk and were hard pressed to pick up cat hair off my ceramic tile floors, which was the reason I wanted a lightweight vac in the first place. (Contrary to another review, it picks up cat litter without a problem.) Not only is this little baby cordless with more than sufficent use time before needing to be recharged, it picks up the cat hair with ease and anything else on the floor too! It's relatively quiet; even my skittery kitty will stay in the room where it's being used. Although I don't use the power bar option for carpeting very often, it does a decent job picking up surface stuff on throw rugs. You won't regret this purchase! Was this review helpful?

This vacuum does not pick up anything but a little dust. If you need it to pick up anything as large as cat litter, forget it. It appears to pick up a little animal hair, but if you turn it over the hair is just wrapped around the brush, not sucked into the tank. This vacuum is a total waste of money!
