4 of 5 Garmin Quest Review Sunday, January 30, 2005
Tom K from Philadelphia, PA

I've had the Garmin Quest for about a month now, and really love it! It is easy to use, the display is bright, and the carmounting kit is flexible and easy to install. It took just a couple of days to become proficient with all of the features. It is easy to set up a route, and the re-route capability works well. I especially like the detour feature. On the downside, it is difficult to find attractions that are not near you. Additionally, it would be nice if it had more onboard memory, or if you could add more flash memory; the unit only has 115mb of memory. However, the 115mb stores a ton of local maps. The Quest also locked up once, and I did not have the manual with me (I was out of town). Resetting the unit was easy, and did not lose any stored data. OverallI like the Quest, and would not hesitate to give it a strong recommendation.

5 of 5 Awesome little thing Monday, December 27, 2004
Mike from Olathe, KS
I love this little thing. I've always been a huge fan of GPS devices but I never wanted one built in to my car. I wanted one portable but not very big. This thing fits in my pocket. If I have any complaints it's almost too small when placed on a deep dashboard. The 115MB is plenty for me. I don't mind hooking to the PC. Performance is great, map refresh is plenty fast. I'm a gadget freak and I love this thing.

5 of 5 Fabulous! Thursday, September 16, 2004
A Customer from Kansas City, MO
I have been using a Magellan SporTrak Map for years, and after becoming incredibly frustrated with Magellan support, I purchased the Garmin Quest. It is absolutely amazing! It is small, light, has a bright color display, and excellent automatic routing with voice prompts. This is the best portable GPS I have seen in this price range.
