Atrium 45 Loudspeaker - AM0745A

Great speakers, great price. Good sound and very well built for outdoors. I use them outside by the pool with a mini stereo system in my house. It's awesome, as I have the AM-FM tuner, MP3 CDs, MP3 Players, Sirius Sat Radio, all available by the pool. I mounted a outdoor volume control by the pool (very convenient). I have them mounted on an black aluminum fence around the pool and they look great. A tip: rather then drill holes in the fence to mount them, I simply removed the bracket with the 2 large screws, fitted it through the bars in the top of the fence and then re-attached. It's very sturdy and can easily be removed in the winter, etc. Another tip: Use low voltage landscape lighting wire instead of speaker wire. It's "buryable" and way cheaper then speaker wire. You can get large rolls at home depot.

The sound from this product is fantastic! The bass is deep and full, the complete range adds a richness to all types of music. I recommend this product without any hesitation. One set is mounted over the pool and another over the patio. We anticipate buying several more to address the remaining outdoor areas.

Very pleased with Polk 45 Outdoor Speakers. Have them mounted on screened-in patio and hooked to Onkyo receiver (Zone 2). Sounds are clear and plenty loud for backyard enjoyment. Very glad I purchased these speakers, Price was the best, process was easy and fast from start (ordering on line) to finish (delivery). A HAPPY CUSTOMER!
