I have used these for years and they make absolutely the best coffee. I bought mine as a backup because I've had the present one for about 8 years and the price was right.

I bought a refurbished Bunn. It came packaged like new and performs very well. Brews in 3 minutes as advertised, but you have to wait at least 15-20 minutes to brew another pot to allow the water to reheat, which would not cause a problem for most. Highly recommended.

I bought this pot for work and it has been working great. It was hard to tell if it was ever used before. Everything looks new. One issue we have been having is the spray head clogs about once a week. I guess we have really hard water here. It is easy to clean, just unscrew it and rinse it out. Brews a great pot of coffee in about 3 minutes. I timed it!

I have owned several Bunn coffee products over the years. This is my third "Pour Over" Bunn coffee maker. We purchased one for our home nearly twenty (20) years ago, and it lasted a decade or so. Over the following fifteen years I tried a variety of "specialty" coffee makers; without satisfaction. About two years ago we bought another Bunn for the house and I could not be happier. When I saw this deal I bought a second one for the office and am equally happy. Bunn simply makes a quality product. They may be more expensive initially, but they last longer, provide a much better value, and quite frankly make the best cup of coffee. This is an excellent deal at half the normal price and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

I bought this to replace another bunn that developed a leak in the warming tank. The item itself works just as it should, we have had no problems at all. The glass caraffe appeared to be brand new, but the brewer was obviously used. Although you can tell it's been cleaned, there were dried up coffee drips and stuff caked on the warming plate. Kind of gross, but I gave it a good cleaning and ran many pots of water through it before actually using it. If you can get over the ick factor of a used appliance from a stranger with internals that you can't get to to clean, then this is a great deal for one of the quickest coffee makers around.

My coffee maker works great most of the time and makes great tasting coffee. Once it's set up, it's easy to use. One problem I've found with mine is if I want to make only 4 cups of coffee, it won't work. I have to add at least 8 cups. I owned a Bunn coffee makers before this one and I had no problem making only 4 cups of coffee at a time.
