4 of 5 Second time's a charm Wednesday, April 23, 2008

The first H470wbt printer I received was defective. I spoke to HP tech support, and they were willing to replace it if Buy.com would not. Rather, I went through the Buy.com procedure for doing so, which was quick and painless, and free of any shipping charge. So, Buy.com rates a 5 for its part of this transaction.
As to the printer, it isn't the smallest or lightest mobile printer. But, having said that, it works great (I usually use the bluetooth connection),and the print quality is more than acceptable. It is relatively fast for a mobile printer. I have used, and enjoy, numerous hp products and, even with the stutter step with the defective unit, I have no reason not to continue to do so.
