This is an excellent on the go mouse for your laptop, it connects to your computer remarkably fast, and is ready for you almost instantly. If you need a basic mouse with basic functions that works great, then this is your ideal mouse. I can tell you that i have own this little piece for quite a while and it has not given me any problems, it uses two double A batteries that seem to last forever. This is overall just a great, inexpensive, easy to use mouse.

This mouse is amazing. There is a reason it sellouts time and time again. It works right out of the box and has a great battery life. I have even left it on all night and in the morning half expected the batteries to be completely drained to only find out that they still work great. I use mine with a Macbook and no need for any adapters which frees up a USB port. I have been using Logitech for 15+ years and they don't disappoint.

There really arent that many BT mice on the market, but the V470 is a great one. The size is perfect, you can custimize the buttons to do different functions, and the battery life is great. Only issue is that periodically the mouse will get extremely sluggish and delayed. This happens for about 30 sec, and then normal operation is back. I assume the processor is maxing out on a process or interference from another device. Overall it doesnt seriously affect the usaability of the mouse.

Had to return the first one after the mouse quit working within the first few days; the buttons continued to work but the pointer would not move. It seemed to happen after pushing the "search" switch on the bottom, hard to believe that would kill it but who knows? After a while the second one arrived and seems to be working fine. Software installed with no trouble and in fact the initial install works fine with the second mouse. It's nice to not need the USB receiver hanging out of the computer but the bluetooth mouse is a bit more "jumpy" and hesitant than a normal mouse and also a bit heavier. Works best on a completely flat surface.

This was by far the best of the bluetooth travel mice I have seen. Great durable build. Nice, quiet smooth click. No lag time. Works great with my powerbook. No setup...just worked right away. Though small, it works well for my big hands. No finger fatigue-even after 10 hrs on InDesign! Very, very happy with it!

I'm using this with a MacBook. It connected with no problem out of the box. No problem reconnecting after a shutdown or from sleep mode. I haven't had it long enough to determine battery life. Great mouse for your Apple.

I like this mouse look and feel, however it does not function correctly in OSX (latest rev and latest drivers from Logitech). When switching users the pointer countinues to operate correctly but the buttons stop working. It's very frustrating because navigating around OSX without a clickable mouse is hard work. I sent a problem report to logitech and have not got a response. I checked the logitech forums and several postings of similar problems are there again with not response from logitech. I am returning this mouse.

I bought this mouse for my wife. She is amazed by its pretty look. It also fits her small hand very well. The performance so far is excellent!

I love this mouse. I had a corded mouse for my laptop previously but when I bought a new laptop (Dell Inspiron with Vista) I had the bluetooth added. BOught this mouse to go with it, I LOVE not having a cord. It works on any surface, I've even used my chair and my body. I love the on off switch to save battery life and just using 2 AA batteries is inexpensive. I have not had a single problem. For $15 after rebate the price was great too.

It's an excellent mouse for the price. I was expecting it to work right away with my laptop, but I had to install the software that came with it to get it to work. It has worked great for me so far. I wish it had come with an USB adapter so that it would also work with a laptop that does not have Bluetooth.

I have owned bluetooth mice from various manufacturers, but always seem to come back to Logitech in the end. This mouse would have scored a perfect 5, but its a bit small for my hands (in fairness, I am a pretty big guy). Works equally well with both Mac and PC, and looks good doing it.

I like it. Easy to set up on my Lenovo T61 (Vista Home Premium) although it takes a while for the computer to find it (may need a restart). Otherwise, no issues so far. Works as expected. No need to use the CD supplied.

I could not test it due to not having bluetooth on my laptop, in such case you should provide bluetooth dongle with it with minimal price or free.So users will be able to test it & send their reviews. expecting positive reply..... Sameer

To keep the review short and to the point...the mouse is very responsive, works just fine with my wireless turned on, has good battery life, fits perfectly in the hand, does not make my hand sweat, looks very sleek, not too heavy. <br><br> I debated on the Microsoft 5000 Bluetooth Mouse, but I am glad I went this route and saved a couple Alexander Hamiltons.

I ordered it for my husband to use with his MBP. He loves it. Sometimes it's kind of shakey, but then again he's using it on the armrest of the sofa. This is our second mouse, since the first one was thrown on tile floor several times by our almost 2yr old toddler. We went through two Apple wireless mice before we decided to go with this logitech. Logitech is a good brand. We are very pleased with all the products we have purchased of theirs. And would never think of buying another brand. Logitech knows their stuff.

This mouse works great on my macbook pro. The setup took only minute and I have had no problems whatsoever. With the $15 rebate, it was a steal.

Buy.com's only fault is that they don't specifically tell that you would need bluetooth on your notebook in order to use this mouse. I actually searched google with the model number to figure it out, because I wanted a bluetooth mouse. The price after rebate was incredible though. The mouse is great and beautiful, and if you don't mind the extra feature of horizontal scrolling it works right out of the box: just go into your PC bluetooth settings and add a new device. For horizontal scrolling you will need to install the Logitech software. The mouse would idle right away if you don't use it, but it would reconnect in a blink: there is a slight lag of a fraction of a second when you move it after a pause. The wifi interference claimed by other user here doesn't make any sense: bluetooth is different technology and works on different frequency. I haven't got any problems so far.

It's easy to use. And the color is matched my vaio. There is not many bluetooth mice you can find now. But this one is good and the price is good too.

So if you are using this with your laptop, this bluetooth device freaks out a lot when you have ur Wireless card on. With it off, it works beautifully. very basic and user-friendly and light. I have a V450 too but unfortunately i think i will stick with that with the dongle. it's hard to survive in school without wifi. with wifi on, it skips like 2 inches on my screen and stutters occasionally

The tech specs do not tell you that you must have bluetooth equipment to make this work. Check your laptop carefully before you purchase. Return policy is tough.

I bought this mouse on retail price several months ago and do not regret of paying retail by then. Whoever is looking for a bluetooth mouse this one fits perfectly. Is modern looking, small and since I bought it, at least 5 months ago I have not changed the batteries yet. It also has extra adjustable control features when pushing the roller right or left. I love it!

How can a mouse which has 2AA batteries in it be light to use? I have a wireless mouse not this one, but with 2AA batteries and it is heavy to use. That is my only complaint. Other wise it is fine

This mouse worked the first time, without any setup (not even the included CD). My new HP laptop has bluetooth built-in, so I didn't have to use the bluetooth dongle or anything. I can use the laptop mouse at the same time as this mouse. It's just my laptop, and the mouse. Easy. Simple. :) - yupr.com

It works as said no problems till now. Battery life seems to be long also, though I dont know how many days or months it will go.
