After 1 month, some observations:
1. Quieter than previous GE model
2. Inverter technology very quick to cook, reheat and thaw
3. Dialing time with recessed knob very easy
4. Attractive exterior

I purchased the Panasonic model NNSD667s about 3 weeks ago. It has peformed admirably, is easy to use and has had no reliability issues. Time of course, will tell, but so far so good.
