We needed to replace our old fax machine and it needed to be a telephone answering machine also. Apparently Panasonic is the only company that makes something with all 3 components. So we purchased another Panasonic. I just hope it last longer than our previous model which we had for only 7 years. Everything worked on it, but the fax machine gave us trouble after about 4 years and just quit @ the 7 year mark. Was this review helpful?

I like this machine way better than the HP I had. The phone works well and the messages that are left on the answering machine are pretty clear. The copies come out okay as long as you use the paper they recommend. They don't come out well at all if you use the wrong type of paper. Overall it's a pretty good machine and it's been working great with no problems so far.
