5 of 5 Ease like breeze! Monday, March 09, 2009 A Customer from Richmond, NY
I checked out reviews and decided to buy it. It works flawlessly so far. I tried only basic, raisin, and whole wheat. Yummy, and saves money, too. With prices on "reliable" organic and authentic (and small) breads reaching 5 bucks a loaf, and with a big family, bread-maker is the way to go. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Great Machine! Tuesday, February 03, 2009 A Customer from Staten Island, NY
I like that it has multiple sizes to choose from. the only con I see is that it takes longer than other machines (4 hours instead of 3) but I get around that by starting the machine earlier. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Awesome Breadmaker! Tuesday, January 20, 2009 A Customer from Nashville, Tennessee
Cooks in just 2.5! We have made two loaves so far. It makes life a little more bareable. I've never tried other manufactures, but Panasonic rocks! Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 panasonic bread maker: easy to use and excellent b Tuesday, November 25, 2008 A Customer from Princeton Junction, NJ
First time bread making, but it was easy with this bread maker, even with whole wheat flour, the bread came out very good. the yeast dispenser is very convinient and raisin option is good. I find that a tsp of gluten will raise bread more and make it more stretchy if using whole wheat and all purpose flour instead of bread flour. Hope it has instruction on sourdough. 5 of 5 Panasonic Automatic Bread Maker Saturday, November 22, 2008 rivi31 from Nashville, TN
Well I bought for my wife to make me some bread. I will say that I am happy with the quality of the bread. This one makes the horizontal loaf. Our previous bread maker made a vertical loaf. I would definitely recommend the horizontal type. My wife likes the features of the machine........no problems. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Great Breadmaker! Monday, December 24, 2007 starguy from Webster, WI
I bought the Panasonic to replace our old breadmaker which died. The Panasonic makes a much nicer bread and bigger loaves. The texture of the bread is very uniform and it does a great job with 100% whole wheat, something my old breadmaker had trouble with. Was this review helpful?
1 of 5 Poor quality, poor service Wednesday, December 19, 2007 A Customer from Phoeinx, AZ
This machine takes much longer than most bread makers to make a bread. The French bread cycle of six hours is ridiculous. On the second bread the high speed mix did not work. Dough and bread were poor. Tried to return the unit to Buy.com but it was one day after 14 days following the shipping date. Yes, the clock starts on the day it ships - not the day it is received by the customer. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 One of the best you can buy. Monday, October 15, 2007 Kathy from Yukon, OK
I've had mine for about two years. I did a lot of research at the time and this one was the best for the price. There may be others out there by now but I am perfectly happy with mine and will use it until it quits, which it shows no sign of doing. The recipes that come with it are great. The kids love pepperoni cheese bread - Yum! Was this review helpful?

This is a great breadmaker. It is not cheap (you can buy an Oster/Sunbeam at Wal-Mart for less than 1/3 of the price tag of this Panasonic). But it is worth every penny and better in all parameters.
The bread is perfect every time and doesn't seem to be too sensitive to the flour you are using and amounts of ingredients. In contrast, Oster breadmaker I used to have, was very-very sensitive to the flour and the amounts.
It is also very quiet (except when adding the yeasts, you can hear 3 loud clicks). My previous bread machine was quite noisy and moved on the counter, which Panasonic doesn't do.
Recommend to everyone who wants a fresh loaf that is great every time. Was this review helpful?
