This is a great mini tripod. It is well built and easy to use, once you read the instructions. When you extend the legs you must twist them to lock them. To retract the legs the you twist them in the opposite direction. The head is well designed and easy to use.
My only negative comment is that it is a little heavier than some other small tripods. Was this review helpful?
4 of 5 Nifty Tuesday, September 16, 2008 A Customer from Baltimore, MD
It is a nifty tiny tripod and can easily fit in your pocket. Easy to assemble and quite steady on various surfaces I tested/used. The only drawback is also its small size so it may be necessary to find higher ground for some shots. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Very good deal, great Quality. Monday, June 23, 2008 legend1 from Wilmington, Vt.
I've been looking for a small tripod, and I'm very happy with the quality of this one. It's holding my web-cam now, but it could hold a bigger camera easily. It's got some weight to it, so it's very stable. And large rubber feet that don't slide or make marks.

5 of 5 Mini Tripod, Maxi Value Sunday, June 08, 2008 A Customer from Panama City, FL
The mini tripod from Hakuba takes my shots places even my professional-grade Bogen tripod can not. Excellent for low angles and table top stills and video. I have even used it as a chest pod to steady my hand-held shots. All this for only 10 bucks shipped, I'm glad I bought several. The ball head may be small, but so is my mini DV camcorder.Fit and quality on this little pod is apparent. The head locks in solidly, the legs snap into three different positions instantly. Blame your missed shots on something else, it won't be this tripod's fault! Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Great Price for a small TriPod Saturday, June 07, 2008 David from Miramar, FL
This Tripod is great for indoor pictures because you can stand it on any flat surface (i.e. table, counter, etc.) The only negative thing is that it only stands a little over 12" tall when fully extended. This item is a great value. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Very good value for the money Saturday, June 07, 2008 A Customer from Forest Hills, NY
Overall a very nice sturdy tripod. My only complaint is that, when the legs are fully extended, the stance is a little narrow for my liking and if a DSLR with a decent lens is attached there's a danger of tipping. Was this review helpful?
4 of 5 It is Ok Saturday, June 07, 2008 A Customer from Iowa city
The product is as good as you expect for a price of 10 bucks. It would be better if there is a brief manual how to use the product as a reference. This also makes the image of the product higher value. Shipping and service are as good as usual from Buy.com. I appreciate it. Was this review helpful?

5 of 5 Hakuba TP-3 Tabletop Tripod Saturday, June 07, 2008 Willis from St. Amant, LA
The Hakuba TP-3 Tabletop Tripod gets an excellent rating from me. By far, the best little tabletop tripod I've owned. Has extendable legs and the ball head holds your camera firmly. Great bang for the buck. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Works for me Saturday, June 07, 2008 A Customer from New Hampshire
Lightweight, compact, inexpensive tripod suitable for small cameras. Great for travel when you do not want to carry a full-size tripod. Just keep in mind that it is a table-top tripod. Was this review helpful?
