This creative live cam voice webcam, is one of the best investments I have made!!! It is quality, plus!!! The pictures are very clear, and the color is out of this world. The built in microphones are also great quality, and sound really great!! Being able to see anyone I call, who has a webcam is a really neat experience! If you are looking for super quality, and great performance,this webcam is for you, trust me, you will be glad you bought it!!! I can't say enough good about this webcam, it goes way beyond my expectations!!!

I bought two of these. They were very easy to setup. After the software installed, it automatically checked for updates and downloaded and installed the updates. The video quality and sound are very good.

I think this is a very good camera. It requires some time to set it up correctly due to its features but it is very nice.

There is an appreciable difference in the quality and features of the Creative Live! Cam Voice Webcam and my former (almost new) webcam. Love the wide angle and the zoom and directional capabilities. I have to admit, I am having some difficulty incorporating the OrbSecure program that came with it, but their support has been good. I'm very pleased with my first purchase from Buy.com

This webcam is slow and bad picture quality. I don't understand why all the reviews from May 29 describe this as a mediocre camera, yet rate it a 5. It's not even functioning as described, as other reviewers have mentioned regarding the resolution and the clunky software. I am a computer professional since 1984 and my EggCam works better than this! Very disappointed and returning it. It's not worth the twenty dollars.

Attracted primarily by the price (after rebates). Ability to use webcam as a motion sensor and have e-mail alerts sent was a plus. Expected the picture to be much more sharper and image to be less sluggish when object in camera view moves. Face tracking feature zooms in and out if not configured properly. May need to spend some time reading the manual and configuring adavanced features for the less techically savvy customer.

Most impressed with the service, received the product on third day. Devliverd to my door, no hassle. Product works just fine, better than I expected but not a clear as I had hoped, may be my computer speed or video card is not up to snuff. Overall very happy and would use this company again. Carey

The web cam does everything I wanted it too & a bit more. We had a little bit of difficulty figuring out the instant video rather than a picture but it didn't take long(15 minutes tops). Overall I'm quite pleased.

I got the web cam with rebates. This is a good deal for the price. Only problem is that it is not very convenient to use with the laptop. Rest, everything is fine. Quality is good.

I used at least 4 webcams till date. This is the BEST webcam I ever encountered. Very good picture quality, sound, and clarity. All in 1! Only installation part is lengthy. I would highly recommend this camera for a great experience of internet chatting.

It is a waste of time to try this webcam for I failed to read the valuable reviews. Basically I faced all the problems that were described before. First it is boring to install so many softwares which funtion were unclear. Second the image is vague. This is the worst part. Third it refused to display vidio after a weekend. What can I expect? A total refund!!!

This product is misadvertised as "It’s a first for webcams! Creative Live!® Cam Voice captures true 1.3 Megapixel video, 5.0 Megapixel photos" and "High resolution 5.0 Megapixel photos". This is false. The camera can only take 1.3 megapixel photos. Only one of the programs can convert it to 5 megapixels, so that is false advertising. I already threw out the packaging, believing that I got what was advertised, but after using it and corresponding with Creative, I see that the only 'first for webcams' is that the ad lies about it's specs. I would still like a refund.

It's not 5 megapixel. Creative support told me that it is 1.3 megapixel but you can create 5 megapixel photos only using their WebCam Center software. I tried it. The quality is very bad - like a camera phone, and it is extremely slow whether in Creative's software or any other program that uses the camera for photos or video. I believe they bloat the picture to be 5 megapixels but keeping the low resolution. What a scam. I jumped at this deal and bought two because I thought this was a new generation camera, being 5 megapixel photo and megapixel video, and then I immediately sent in the rebates. But Creative made a fool out of me. This product and the way it's advertised is nothing more than a con.

My system encountered a lot of problems while running this CAM. The quality is horrible and the software package is scattered. I have a logitech webcam (20 bucks, no rebate) that I bought 5 years ago that will still outperform this cam.

The newest web camera with microphone is easy to install, comes right up, sounds and looks great. Glad to have such a good camera. Works well for meetings.
