Don't let the small size of the speaker and drivers fool you! This is a fine center channel speaker that could also be used for front and surround speakers, with a suitable powered subwoofer. The sound is natural and smooth on all types of music-- at low or ear-splitting volume settings. A perfect choice for small and medium sized rooms. Was this review helpful?

I have two CV E-712 speakers and they have been in need of a new center channel speaker. It is amazing how the group sounds together! The center channel is very clear and loud, which matches the quality of the two floor speakers. CV did a great job with this speaker. I've never had a problem with any of there products. I purcased this center channel to macth my E715, and it does perfecly. For the price U can beat it. This channle rocks my house with the 2 E715's beside it, now alls I need is a good sub. I am running a jensen something,( got it for free) It just doesnt do it any more. This center channel works great on movies and music. Was this review helpful?

I have heard a lot from all these people saying that Cerwin Vega speakers are loud and unclear. But I know by experience that is false and those people that say that have never owned any Cerwin Vega speakers. These speakers are great they are loud and clear and are one of the best speakers you can get for this price. Also this speaker is one of these best center speakers I have owned so buy it you wont regret it. Was this review helpful?

This speaker is great for the price. I used it to replace an older JBL center channel that I had from a previous surround system and it really made a difference. Now I can hear everything said in a movie! It balanced out my set and I was able to turn up my rear speakers for excellent surround sound. If you want to test out your surround, check out the later seasons of CSI on dvd, they really are amazing. Was this review helpful?

I added this to my other speakers (I have 4 other speakers) and it really helps. The speaker really helps the clarity of the voices. I have had it now for about 2 weeks and I really like it. I am not sure how buy.com does it, but I received the speaker only 2 days after I ordered it.
I have bought many items from buy.com and have always had great service!
