I purchased these speakers from Buy.com in July '07. All I needed was something basic to listen to my TV shows & tunes. Bought two of these babies well over a year ago. Got one in the bathroom connected directly to my mp3 player (super convenient) and with all the moisture it's still alive and working great. These speakers do the job they are supposed to, especially for the low price. They are a bit tinny (not tiny) sounding, but for the low low price, that's expected. Setup was extremely easy...just plug them in and you're all set to go. I have had no issues with them. If you want good speakers for a really great price then these are the ones. Based on the 26 5* reviews of this product, I ordered the Logitech R-10s and 9/14/07, early AM. The order was processed AND shipped later that day!! I received my order on 9/17/07!!
As many have stated, there is no bass control BUT the sound is superb nonetheless. I performed the recommended adjustments on my PC's Soundmix Digital Audio program for optimum sound quality.
At 9" tall, sleek and black, they blend perfectly with my 17" monitor at the office!

These are great speakers for the price. As others have said, not much bass, but that is the ONLY negative about them. They still sound awesome for the price, were super easy to set up, are way better than the stock speakers that came with my computer, and my music sounds even better when I plug my earphones in to the headphone jack. These Logitech speakers were great. Reasonable price; good size for home/office PC. Easy to set up and use. If you need inexpensive speakers for office or home these are for you. I recently purchased a new computer and donated my old one to a friend along with all my old accessories. Needing new speakers, I went to buy.com and placed an order for Logitech RC10 speakers. When they arrived setup was simple and the black cases looked great with my new computer. Even better was the sound! Ease of setup, price and sound can't be beat.
