5 of 5 GREAT product! Friday, June 22, 2007 Julian from Springfield, VA
After having tried using a Hawking technology product as a print server for my 2 USB printers, I tried this Belkin one. It was easy to setup and worked without a hitch! I have had NO problems whatsoever, which is in stark contrast to the Hawking product. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Belkin's got it together Saturday, January 06, 2007 Don from Austin, TX
Bought this product on writeups seen here and at other sites. The product does what it is suppose to do and the time it takes to setup is minimal. Follow the instructions and no one will have problems. Mine was set up for a desktop W2K; and 2 laptops WinXP. Nary a hitch. Just wish other vendors would take a lead from this company Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Awesome 2-port Print Server Wednesday, October 11, 2006 A Customer from Beavercreek, OH
The Belkin 2-PORT print server (F1UP0301) is everything it's advertised to be, and more! I was up and running in minutes. My previous print server died, which was OK, since you needed a software degree to install and maintain. But the Belkin software was amazing -- it nearly installed itself! Once the hardware was installed, it took less than a minute to install software on each computer on the network. No problems since installation, and the lifetime warranty is nice! And it was one of the least expensive 2-port print servers.

5 of 5 Adds 2 USB Printers No Problem Tuesday, May 30, 2006 scobb from St. John's County, Florida
I must admit I was skeptical about this product when I ordered it due to horror stories of wireless print server installation and performance. However, this unit works as claimed. Install instructions were easy to follow and I was printing wirelessly very quickly, to a Samsung laser for long documents (cheaper ink than an inkjet) and a Dymo label printer for labels.
I expected the latter to give me grief. The Dymo is a great product that integrates into a Windows XP system fairly tightly (select an address in virtually any document, click the Dymo icon and you get an address label). But even this device appeared as a local printer on my wireless machines and has had no problem printing.
I think the main trick with intstall is to have printer drivers installed on all your wireless computers for any of the printers you are going to plug into the server. If you do that before the server install it should work fine. And the joy of printing without getting out of the rocking chair on the porch is priceless. Was this review helpful?
