I've got Simpletech 128M, 512M and 1G Compact Flash cards that I've used in my Nikon Coolpix 950, Casio BE300 and Nikon D100. They've all always worked flawlessly.

I have used Simpletech cards -- including the 1 Gb card -- for quite a while now. They are reliable and have never given me any compatibility problems. Compatibility is the main concern with me. I have used them in cameras, in an old RCA Lyra MP3 player that uses CF cards, for computer file storage with USB card readers, and in a Fostex MR8 digital 8-track recorder which is extremely picky about which CF cards it will work with. If you are looking for a card for use with the MR8, Simpletech is *THE* card I recommend.
