    We have Cisco 7960 IP phones and these headsets are super easy to use, set-up, and find an appropriate earbud to get comfortable with. Highly recommended

    5 of 5 Unload that handset brick during long calls! Monday, November 06, 2006

    We ordered these headsets for the whole office (we use an IP phone system and have the Cisco 7960 phones). Headset integration couldn't be any easier (as opposed to some older systems that require a headset switch). Gone are the days of the cramped neck during long phone calls. The headset works as advertised. It's a bit pricey and if a call comes in you need to fumble with the moving ear piece to get it aligned on your ear, but I've rated overall performance/satisfaction at a 5 in light of its elimination of neck strain during the day.
