5 of 5 Works Great. Friday, September 05, 2008 A Customer from Atlanta, GA
So far, product works great, plugged and played just fine, and performs as advertised. Have only used it for basic 20th century-type dialup, nothing else, but it handles that no problem. Status lights are handy too. Was this review helpful?
1 of 5 Not a Voice Modem Wednesday, July 30, 2008 A Customer from Bigfork, MT
Though advertised as such this modem will not work to place and receive voice calls. From Trendnet's customer service:
Dear Customer,
The extent of the voice capabilities is half duplex and will only receive voice recordings or TAM. The unit does not support full duplex in which the unit will send and receive voice through the unit.
Thank you for choosing TRENDnet.

1 of 5 TRENDnet failed to HELP Monday, January 07, 2008 ddebuhr from Muskego, WI
I purchased the modem to facilitate "Auto dialing" from Outlook and cardscan. When I contacted TREDNnet to help me get the modem working they appeared to be in a considerable hurry to get me off the phone, telling me that it was the fault of my telephone supplier, Time Warner. After over an hour with Time Warner they and I have concluded that there exists no ecumberance within their system. It appears to be that the product has some sort of FAILING and TRENDnet is unwilling to declare it. Was this review helpful?

5 of 5 Works well with Windows Server 2003 Monday, September 24, 2007 Jim from Fair Lawn, NJ
Bought this to use on a Windows Server 2003 SBS box for faxing that had no available PCI slots for an internal modem. Just plug it in to a USB port, plug in a phone line and install the software. It includes the proper drivers for Server 2003 and works without problems. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Easy to Install and Use Wednesday, March 28, 2007 Bill from Texas
Took item right out of the box, plugged it in and XP installed the driver, BOOM done. Took my friend longer to find his AOL disk than to install the modem. Was this review helpful?
1 of 1 customers found this review helpful. 5 of 5 Great modem Tuesday, March 20, 2007 A Customer from East Texas
This was my 3rd modem replacement and it is the best. I really like that it blinks while making contact with the server. If you have to live with dial up, this is the way to go. Was this review helpful?
