QSPDVR04 is a PCI Card installed in a PC that will display and record live video from the camera connected to the Hard drive in PC. It has 4 channels video input, the maximum display/recording rate is 25 fps under PAL ·format, and 30 fps under NTSC format. One PC can use 4 cards simultaneously, with 16 channels video input as the maximum number. Total resource is 100 fps under PAL format, and 120 fps under NTSC format.

I've had this DVI card in an old AMD-based 900MHz PC for over a month, and it works great. For the money, you can't beat it if you want to build a security system for a small business or home. The software it comes with is pretty good, but definitely download the updated version from the manufacturer's web site! It even allows for audio recording with one of the video channels (microphone has to be hooked up to audio/mic input on sound card). The software allows you to take screen/frame captures and archive/back up recorded video. It comes with BNC-to-RCA adapters if you have a camera/cables with male RCA connectors.
