QSU2DVR42C is a 4 Channel USB 2.0 DVR Adapter. Just plug it to USB 2.0 port on a PC or Laptop and install the program comes with it . It will display and record live video from the camera connected to the Hard drive in PC. It has 4 channels video input and 2 Channel Audio input. The maximum display/recording rate is 30 fps total.

Unfortunately Buy.com edits these reviews and it probably wont get posted. Of the 3 items I bought with the special returns policy, none have worked. Buy.com knows this and I believe they are "dumping" product to wary consumers for a fast buck. I am stuck with over 200 dollars of crap that just doesn't work.
