This knife does exactly what I expected - it makes cutting an expensive prime rib much easier. It's not cordless, but the handle is lightweight and very comfortable, and the cord didn't get in the way. We threw the blades right in the dishwasher. Super buy.

Ordered the knife to use for our first Thanksgiving turkey that we cooked at our house. The knife did a quick an excellent job of trimming all the meat off the bird. Using the knife I was able to slice thin slices of turkey which could also be used for sandwiches after Thanksgiving. Using the knife didn't leave much meat behind just lots and lots of bone.
