5 of 5 Great monitor Tuesday, November 01, 2005
A Customer from Dallas, TX

The monitor itself is very good. Crisp image, bright. Buy.com service is excelent and it was delivered quickly. The only thing is do not rely on the speakers on the monitor for much. They are very small and you have to crank the volume to maximum to barely hear them. But overall very happy with the purchase.

5 of 5 Great Monitor Thursday, October 27, 2005
from Millerstown, PA
I ordered this monitor, what Friday it was delivered on Wednesday. That was Ground. Shipping was not a problem and I've never had any problems with Buy.com on shipping an item that was in stock. My husband installed the monitor and the speakers. He's a non techie, and color blind to boot. The monitor was everything that I thought it would be and the price was actually lower than my LCD. I recommend this monitor to anyone that wants to increase their monitor size. Great service and great purchase once again Buy.com.

5 of 5 A sheer Joy and Delight - 5 STARS! Wednesday, October 26, 2005
A Customer from Princeton, NJ
I wanted to hook up a second budget monitor to my Laptop, and I chose this Princeton monitor for the LOW price The 1280x1024 Native resolution is superb. I can comfortably work with MS-Excel, with 80 rows visible (70% zoom). Display was very bright compared to 2 other monitors on my desk, but this was a simple fix - just lowered brightness to about 40%. Though I opted for the cheapest free shipping, BUY.com actually shipped it via FedEX (Ordered Oct 21, Shipped Oct 25 Delivered Oct 26) This has turned out to be a great buy! I am planning to replace and older LCD monitors with another one of these.

5 of 5 Bright, clear monitor Wednesday, August 31, 2005
Frank K from East Windso, NJ
I just received this yesterday. This monitor is very bright and clear. I also have a Samsung 712N, 17" LCD. The 19" really stands out in size. It looks so much larger than the 17" monitor. They both compare in terms of brightness, and crispness. Overall, this Princeton Graphics is a great value. When 19" monitors are less than $300, it is time to pick one up! I paid the same for this 19" as I paid for my 17" only 9 months ago!

3 of 5 Nice looking monitor suffers from consistent brigh Saturday, August 20, 2005
Paul from Leesburg, VA

I purchased this on a whim, not really needing it, because the price was very good! And the reviews indicated it was liked. However, while it is a nice looking monitor, mine suffers from several vertical bands of varying brightness. Additionally, the screen is over-driven resulting in it's being far brighter than it should be.

I've turned the brightness down most of the way, and the contrast about half-way. That made it a little better, then I utilized a gamma correction tool to fix it to a satisfactory state.

The image is sharp enough for my old eyes and I like having the larger text at 1280x1024 resolution (the same resolution I used on my previous 17" LCD, a MAG). But I don't feel comfortable doing any photographic work with this monitor - not that I'd usually consider doing so with an LCD anyway. The inconsisent brightness is just too much for anthing other than casual work.

This unit also has a dead pixel in the lower right quadrant. Dead pixels are all too common on LCD monitors, so I'm not surprised, just disappointed.

4 of 5 dull color Wednesday, August 17, 2005
A Customer from austin, texas
No dead pixels and very fast shipping! This monitor was very easy to set up. The only thing bad about this monitor is that its color is some what dull compared to the Acer AL1912B 19" LCD monitor.

4 of 5 Excellent monitor for the value Tuesday, August 16, 2005
A Customer from Beaverton, Oregon
Excellent monitor for the money. I'm very satisfy with the color, resolution, display and the brightness. However, it was arrived with 2 very noticeable dead pixels. The speakers are weak but i guess it's better than none. The processing and shipping time from Buy.com were a little slow. Beside the slow shipping and 2 dead pixels, I would give 5 stars to this monitor.

For the money this seems like a deal. Had to adjust the brightness to my liking. Was too bright! Only have one dead pixel. Not a big deal. Free shipping. WOW!

5 of 5 Great Budget Priced LCD! Friday, July 22, 2005
Ray H from Palm Harbor, FL
I bought this as a replacement for a 17" CRT and the difference is tremendous. It does not have as many options and controls as higher priced LCD monitors but it will serve my purposes. Everything looks great at the native resolution 1280x1024 @ 60MHz. I can actually enjoy the higher resolutions!

5 of 5 Great Price for a 19" lcd Sunday, July 17, 2005
larud from Marietta, GA
I've only had this monitor for a week but can say it was easy to hook up, works well, looks great. The speakers are not exactly impressive. I'll probably end up buying standalone speakers. After rebate, haven't seen a 19" lcd even come close to this.

5 of 5 Excellent value! Thursday, July 14, 2005
DM from Phoenix, AZ
This display is truly an excellent value. The picture is sharp and bright. Mine had one dead pixel on arrival. That's OK by me, and normal for LCD dispays. The auto-adjust feature is nice, but I was able to get the picture a little better with manual adjustments.

4 of 5 Okay so far... Wednesday, July 06, 2005
Shortarms from MI
Three dead pixels on arrival. Called Princeton and have had no problem with them setting up to recieve a replacement so they seem to be very willing to stand behind their product thus far. Other than that, it is very bright and somewhat blue on default settings, controls are easy to use, haven't tried the speakers. I have a Dell ultrasharp 19" and a NEC 1760 17". I am more impressed with both of their accuracy of color, tone and brightness out of the box. Overall it is a very good buy as an entry level 19" LCD.

5 of 5 Best Buy for sure Friday, June 24, 2005
A Customer from Philly (Got a problem wit dat?)
Can't believe this deal, very sharp, very bright, no dead pixels, no complaints. The speakers are kinda lame, but I didn't buy a speaker system I bought a 19" LCD monitor for $250 incl shipping, and no tax..... can't touch this

4 of 5 My first LCD: this Web designer likes it Friday, June 17, 2005
Reesa, SheerWebDesign.com from Glassboro, NJ
This is my first LCD monitor and I'm impressed by the quality of the picture and ease of setup. I upgraded my NVidia drivers and for the first time, I can see little flowers in my Windows wallpaper. So the detail is good. I was using a NEC Multisync 19" CRT before. Although the Princeton is also a 19", the viewable screen is much wider. The Princeton's text is crisper and sharper. It's definitely a big improvement. It will help me with all my projects: graphic design, web design and text-based, too. I'm not using the speakers so I have no idea how they sound!

5 of 5 you typical quality LCD Saturday, June 11, 2005
ryan from chicago, il
No complaints. Everything looks nice, the screen is quite bright and no dead pixels. It doesn't have a DVI connection, but from what I've read the quality isn't hindered. This is nice low-end budget LCD.
