5 of 5 Excellent customer service! Thursday, November 06, 2008 Matthew Weyer from Chicago IL
This thing is great, the only problem I had was with the $100 rebate. I submitted everything according to the terms, but I printed the receipt and rebate form on one sheet [front and back], and the rebate company rejected it since they only scanned in one side. I e-mailed them telling them to flip it over, but they said it was scanned and thrown away, lol. So I had to send in another copy of the receipt, so much for saving paper.
Now onto the best part...the company! I e-mailed them since one of my friends broke my miniUSB connector tip and asked if there was a warranty process. Well, they replied and without me needing to send receipt, blood type etc like normal, they just put one in the mail for me for FREE! I was amazed how easy it was, too bad not all warranties are like that, lol.

5 of 5 Great "GREEN" Item - Comes in Many Color Saturday, August 09, 2008 A Customer from California
I purchased my Power Monkey for $4.95 after rebates and coupons - an AWESOME deal. The Monkey works great and is easy to use. I used it abroad to charge items as I knew that would be safer than using a power adapter to the wall in a foreign country. However, I had to purchase an additional adapter to fit my Nintendo DS and when I tried using the USB cable to charge my camera it wouldn't do it and the Monkey stopped working. When I returned home from abroad, I plugged the Monkey into a power outlet and it reset itself. Come to find out, it says in the instructions it won't charge cameras. So, it is a great green item and an easy way to deal with electronics from one part of the world that you can't plug into power in another part of the world. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Great bag Wednesday, August 06, 2008 A Customer from San Jose, CA
Nice bag. Lots of nifty features. Looks great too.
I would highly recommend getting a bag that is the correct size for your laptop. I had a smaller laptop earlier, and the large bag didn't work properly. With my new laptop, its perfect

4 of 5 Not All Connectors Conviniently Available Friday, July 25, 2008 Prakash Manandhar from New Bedford, MA
I bought this product for my mobile, but the set of connectors supplied did not match my phone (LG 350). I tried to buy the connector, but it is not available in the US shops and I had to buy from UK, which has still not arrived after 2 weeks. I connector cost me 10 dollars.
I can still use it for my iPod... Was this review helpful?
4 of 5 PowerMonkey works great! Monday, July 21, 2008 A Customer from Olympia, WA
I was surprised to be getting all the attachments. However, there wasn't any for two of our phones but my older model did have one. I thought it gave a fast charge, but it didn't fully charge the phone. I feel good about using it, and it's compact for my uses. I had to wait an entire month to receive it probably due to the rebate - which I hope to get soon. Was this review helpful?
4 of 5 PowerMonkey-expensive if there is no rebate Friday, June 27, 2008 A Customer from Bristol, CT
This product comes with lots of connectors for various pieces of electronics. I was disappointed that my cell phone was not one of the ones included and have not been able to contact the company for an additional connector. however, it works find - the charge is a slow charge but it works and is convenient. 5 of 5 A Must-Have For This Gadget-Momma Friday, June 27, 2008 A Customer from North Texas
A mini-package with all the bells and whistles, this charger is what every electronic geek must have. Used it on a 200+ mile bike ride to charge phone and iPod; a joy to have a long. No need to hunt for an empty outlet to plug into. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 What a product Friday, June 27, 2008 A Customer from Fort Wayne, IN
The product really works, although at first you have to figure out how it works. In addition, you can charge using the sun, saving you money in electricity. Chances are you'll want to buy one. Was this review helpful?
3 of 5 Might be good for emergency Tuesday, June 24, 2008 A Customer from Millbrae, CA
The solar panel takes at least 3 days of sunshine to fully charge up the Powermonkey. Even when fully charged, don¡¦t expect it to charge as fast as your normal charger. Though it comes with different jacks, none of them fit my Nokia 6500 classic's mini USB port. The work around is to connect the Powermonkey's USB jack to a USB cable (standard USB to mini USB), then connect it to the phone. With this workaround, my phone occasionally refuses to recognize the Powermonkey stating it ¡§unsupported charger¡¨. Note that Powermonkey does not provide additional jack for purchase. 1 of 5 Good product but very bad rebate processing Sunday, June 22, 2008 A Customer from Redmond, WA
The PowerMonkey was delivered very quickly and worked well so far. The only BIG problem I had was the rebate processing (by worldwiderebates.com). This was the first bad experience I had with mail-in rebates, the rebate enveloppe got refused and returned to me after the rebate expiration date, and given the substancial rebate value ($100), you can imagine the disappointment. 5 of 5 Great deal if you got the rebate Wednesday, June 18, 2008 A Customer from Orange Co., CA
Got the Powermonkey very fast from Buy.com and didn't have any problems with the rebate (so far!).The Power slave feature was something I didn't quite understand until I tested it out.It is actually a small battery that is charged from the solar panel that you can use to charge or run your devices when away from the sun.It has a nice LED readout so you can tell if it is charged. The solar cells are held in a compact plastic case and is flat, light, and easy to carry. The whole setup, which includes a number of plugs and adapters, comes in a nice nylon case- probably good if you are travelling but it would be a bit bulky for backpacking.
