Mr. Frere is a well-known authority on all things Porsche. He is on a first-name basis with the major figures in industry and motorsport, and his experience as a Grand Prix driver, engineer, and journalist all enhance a great history of the Porsche 911. This book has been continually updated for 30 years. His writing is clear and precise. I will tell you this; if you love the 911 you won't regret buying this tremendous book.
