4 of 5 Works w/ an Apple iMac Saturday, January 24, 2009
A Customer from Fairfax, VA

While the installation instructions for Apple products leaves much to be desired, once I figured out that 1 of the 2 disks that came with the product isn't intended for the Apple iMac and that only 1 of them should be installed, it was smooth sailing. It's easy to use and creates fantastic digital photos from slides that my Dad took back in the 60s and 70s. The software that comes with it allows you to improve the quality of the images in all sorts of ways. I'm so glad I invested in this machine; it's well worth the cost.

5 of 5 Slide or Negatives to Digital Photos Sunday, May 11, 2008
Larry Amore - ljamore from Rocklin, CA - Near Sacramento
I was introduced to this possibility by a flier from a local store for a $50 dollar machine. I decided to investigate before buying and I am certainly glad I did. The Plustek OpticFilm 7300 has turned out to be an excellent investment. The multi pass scanner picks up all the detail in the dark areas of the Slide/Negative so once you put the digital picture into a photo editor you can bring out all that detail. I only kept my good slides but once I processed them they are now Great Slides! The process is timely, the Plustek OpticFilm 7300 scans one at a time, it is not a fast commercial machine. But the Quality is Great!
