So far very happy with this burner. This is now my 3rd Plextor.
I don't give electronics a second chance.

Plextor has always been the best hands down. I replaced the old drive with an NEC it worked for a while but then stopped reading any dvds. The plextor works fine. Was this review helpful?

I have an old hp 410 pavillon with covers of both disc drive
doors. the upper door where the master drive should go won't expect this drive because it door open is the width of the disc
case(which it should be.) therefor I forced to used the lower
drive open and loose my other dvd drive which I used as a source
for copying. other than that is a very good drive and I like
