The build quality is obviously not first class. It feels plastic (I knew it was plastic to start with, but some product gave you a elevated feel). There is no brand name print, even leaving a big empty spot (seems to be where a logo should have been placed).
Functionally, it works with Motor Storm out of box. There is no force feedback, feels funny when you expect feeling resistance or bumpy roads. There is some lag in control. Was this review helpful?

I have this Mad Catz wheel and I have to admit, I was skeptical at first, but bought it on sale anyways at Buy.com. I got it in 3 days (quick) and was able to test it with Burnout, GT5, and MotorStorm. Works well although I wish the pedals were wireless. I GOT THIS WHEEL ON BUY.COM AND I USE IT FOR GRAN TURISMO 5. IT HAS A LAP MOUNT AND A TABLE MOUNT. THE SHIFT PADDLES WORK PRETTY WELL AND COMPARED TO THE WHEEL I HAVE FOR XBOX, THIS IS DEFINITELY WORTH THE PRICE I PAID. WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE WHO LOVES DRIVING GAMES. Great wheel. Works well with MotorStorm, Gran Turismo 5 Prologue, Burnout Paradise, and some other racers that I own. Would highly recommend buying this when Buy.com has a deal on this. Normally $100 but I got it for way less. Was this review helpful?

I bought this wheel to play with Need for speed: Shift. It does not work completely! The wheel itself is pretty good and had good response. My problem is that the accelerator and brake are connected to the X and square buttons whereas NFS requires them to be R2 and L2. But otherwise I would recommend this wheel. Was this review helpful?
