The intercooler has solved my ps3 overheating problems. The trade off is that my playstation 3 looks like it went through puberty, and it has to be physically turned on and off, which is linked through the playstation, making the playstation need to be turned on and off manually, too.
The noise isn't that big an issue, though on the highest settings it can sound like a plane droning along outside. I haven't needed ot have the intercooler at max, so it's been no big deal. Was this review helpful?

The product really does help cool down the Playstation 3. But it is nosies and it would also be nice if the switch relocation was two part it would be better so you could turn off the fan with out having to turn everything off and making it impossible to remotely turn it on.
