A beautiful young woman inherits an old mansion and discovers it's going to take more than a fresh coat of paint to lay its skeletons to rest. She and her boyfriend attempt to fix up the place with the help of their twenty-something friends, but as the group begins to peel away the rubble, they also reveal its sordid-and sensual-past. They soon discover that a series of unusual murders took place in the house and by awakening the spirits they may have just unlocked an ancient, unspeakable horror or unleashed new and unimaginable erotic pleasures.
