This headset, while admittedly expensive, is absolutely fantastic. I use it with my Dragon Naturally Speaking 9 program, which I use for medical transcription. It is much more comfortable and accurate than the headset that was included with the Dragon software. I can wear this headset all day long and not be uncomfortable at all. If I could change one thing it would be to make the over-the-ear headset loops a more comfortable material. I find the current material to be uncomfortable very quickly. Flexibility would be a huge plus. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this headset has its own two-year warranty, and I purchased an additional two years. I think I'll get my money's worth out of it!! Thanks for a fantastic product. Price, service and delivery were excellent. I would definitely purchase from Buy.com again. Was this review helpful?

This is a great headset, although a little pricey. I'm technically-challenged, so I found the directions a bit lacking in telling me how to use all the features; in fact, the box told me more than the directions. I'm concerned about how fragile it is, but time will tell. Overall, I really like it. Was this review helpful?

My employer just installed a VoIP system that allows me to use the Avaya Softphone. Using this wireless headset beats the heck out of the wired headset. Much smaller, lighter and allows me to step away from my desk without interupting a call. My IBM Thinkpad USB port has enough power so I don't have to travel with the AC adapter(It comes with this in case your USB port does not have sufficient power).
