We purchased this headset mainly for it’s dual use Office/Cell phone capability using the Bluetooth technology. It works great switching back and forth from both phones and is extremely comfortable (After about 3 days of breaking it in, you won’t even realize its there). It works almost flawless with my cell phone (Connecting, Sound Quality, Voice Dialing, Etc.). The battery life is very long and it comes with a handy little travel charger for when you take it away from the base charger. The only drawback is the sound quality of the Headset while using your office/home phone. Because it uses Bluetooth you are bound to that technology, which has a considerably less range (30 Feet) then normal Plantronics headsets. Also, I get a poping sound randomly during calls. If you are looking for perfect sound quality on your office phone, this may not be the product for you, however if you are willing to sacrifice a small bit of quality it’s ability to link to your cell phone makes this a must buy! If you are looking at buying just the head unit without the base for use with your cell phone, the product is amazing! Great comfort and sound quality and very easy to use, but for just an extra $30 you can get both the Head Unit and Base System. Was this review helpful?
