This phone is able to magnify my soft voice which is what I needed. On the right side it has two controls to amplify my voice. A high/low range switch and a dial. It is able to reduce a loud voice down as well. The front has a volume control to adjust the callers voice, and a mute switch which my phone didn't have. The quality seems high for the price. The incoming and outgoing sound quality on this unit is PERFECT. I can whisper and be heard perfectly fine in my loud office. It's also very comfortable to wear during my hours of conference calls. I'm glad I went with this wired headset. Was this review helpful?

Simple and easy to use and works well. When configured for headphone style use, it's surprisingly comfortable. However, when switched to over the ear use it is not as comfortable and tends to flop around. Overall, a pretty solid unit. Was this review helpful?

I love using this headset. I use it at work because I'm on the phone all the time and don't like cradling the phone to my ear for hours. I went wired instead of wireless because it was a lot cheaper. The quality of the microphone and speaker are top-notch. Everyone says I sound great and I can hear all callers perfectly. The mic even gently flashes in red when you're on the phone so people know not to bother you. I highly recommend this headset. Was this review helpful?

This headset is a smart buy and a great value for the money. The sound is clear and it is very reliable. I have been using versions of this headset for years and I highly recommend it.
Although I don't need (or prefer) a wireless headset, the fact that this is wired-only could be seen as a drawback. Other than that, if you want to solid, easy-to-use headset for cheap money, this is a great choice - 10 out of 10! Was this review helpful?

Excellent voice quality. Adjustment for different telephones made it work for us. Seperate mic & ear volume adjustments. Doenst appear to be headset-lifter capable. Short included cord to connect to telephone could be a few inches longer. Bought one for testing, now I am buying two more. Was this review helpful?
