Nice product and works well at a very low price. For that very low price it seems corners were cut. THe headset, itself, has a very cheap feel and if you have a large head, will probably not fit. The wire coming from the headset to the base/amplifier is WAY too short. Finally, There is not battery option on the amplifier. The las model I had gave you a choice of using batteries or plugging it in. That's not possible on this model. Was this review helpful?

Great headset for the price!! I thought it would take a week to 10 days to get it and it came within 2 days which was great. I have had clients tell me that you can't even tell that I am on a headset and the noise canceling microphone is great and keeps noise out. Was this review helpful?

We decided to order headsets b/c we work with very heavy call volume! We were tired of having our necks hurt! When we placed the order we were expecting it to take a week to get to us, HOWEVER...it came within 2 days!! The headsets are excellent! Very clear, comfortable and easy to hook up!
