Pro: light weight and reasonable price. micro phone quality is good. Con: ear phone doesn't fit into the ear and its quality is not good: not loud and clear enough. Test at the office depot before you buy it. Was this review helpful?

I've used these headsets before with our Panasonic cordless office phone system. Unlike many other cordless phone headsets I've bought, I don't get the typical "I can't hear you very well" complaints, ever. All of our staff that do not have speakerphone capability, use these headsets regularly. The low price is worth the hassle of a cord, and I like the over the ear system better than the over the head headset type, as I wear a visor. I wish it had a mute feature, however, but that is minor. Was this review helpful?
