    I used plantronics regular headset before and was very pleased. But this model does not work well. People are having hard time hearing me when I am using on the computer... But if I switch it with my old plantronic headset. It is loud and clear. I like the idea of flexibility, but not happy with the quality.

    I have used Plantronics products before and liked the quality and this one is even better than I expected. I use it for computer as well as regular wireless or cell phone. The sound quality is even better than the similar product I got in the past.
