This was purchased as a replacement. The original was purchased 2 years ago, and just wore out. I knew the product was a good one and shopped around for best price. Buy.com offered this at almost half the price of any other company, storefront or online. The product is new, not reconditioned. Two years back, I bought this unit to use in office. This is the second unit to use in home. It is very useful to use it. But the design is not extreemly freindly as the wires tangles with other wire of the phone. TO hook up it little confusion. The instructions are not clear. Being this is the second unit I did not had any notable problesm to hookup. But for new users/buyes it may be complicated. Overall it is a good unit, as there is no comparable unit of this kind in the market and there is no competetion from others. Was this review helpful?

I ordered the product from Buy.com and received it in the mail within a week. I spent about an hour comparing prices and this site had the best price by far. I also got the Plantronics wireless headset and both that and the lift worked great. I was able to set everything up myself using the directions. The sound quality is excellent. What a great product. Now I can answer my desk phone without having to pick up the handset. All I do is tap the receive call button on the side of the Plantronics Voyager earpiece and the HL-10 lifts the handset automatically. Then when I'm finished with the call I just push the receive call button again and the HL-10 automatically replaces the handset and I'm ready for the next call. Was this review helpful?

I originally purchased the CS50 wireless heaset without the handset lifter. It was nice, but I wanted the ability to answer and hang up the phone by using the headset rather than walking back to the phone. This gadget does the trick. Easy to install. The announcement beep is just the right volume, and it works very well. I am truly hands-free now. Was this review helpful?

Our office was dropping phone calls all the time until I requested that they invest in a cordless headset and I just have to say that I love this little gadget...not only can I roam around the office doing various duties, but I am always available for the phone calls to come in now that I have this....More companies should consider investing in them they are light weight and very comfortable to wear...I am glad that my company trusted me enough to order one I love it....and ofcourse we paid more than double what you are charging for the same exact item....my hats off to you for having such a great price to offer... The HL-10 is the must have accessory for the CS-50 wireless headset. Zero problems, two-minute setup time, and every call is now taken with ease from anywhere in my house.
