Easy to use! (I did not have to read the instruction book to start using it.) I am quite pleased with this product. I wish they made the hook that goes over your ear adjustable since it seems to be made for big ears. I couldn't do anything very active or it would fall off but is fine for what I am using it for -- in the car and at home. I have been pleased with battery life and range. Sleek, small design.

After shopping around this bluetooth model was the best bargin. I have been happy with its performance. It connected very easily with my Motorola Moto Q 9h, and it does cover a good distance from the phone with minimal interference. The only complaint I would consider making about this particular Explorer 360 model is the max volume level is not as loud as I would have liked. In a noisy car or room I have experienced problems hearing the party on the phone. However, I did purchase an inexpensive unit so with savings in money comes sacrifices in quality. Overall I believe I made a good purchase. I have actually recommended this bluetooth device to several friends, who have also liked it. The discount on Buy.com was an additional purchasing factor: $30 is a good deal compared to the same model in store for nearly $60.

Buy.com is reliable with reasonable price. I have bought few things with them and not disappointed. I had this bluetooth before but lost it and found that buy.com sells it cheaper than I had paid for the initial one from walmart! I got this product on time and it works pretty fine, easy to connect and use. Sometimes I even sleep with it! keep up the good work Buy.com!!!

I like the Plantronics better than the Jabra and Motorola that I was using. It works better in the car with wind and road noise. The volume control does not work, but even so, it is better than the others I have used.

This is my second plantronics bluetooth, both from Buy.com, the first still works well after a year. Great product!

Great for it’s price. Doesn’t have the battery life that the Voyager 520 has, or its max volume, but for the price difference this is a perfect compromise. Plus, it’s more stylish than the 520 (that thing is huge). It has all of the same cons as the 520 while not being too far off from the 520’s pros. Save yourself some money and get this if your considering the 520.

Arrived quickly. I was unable to marry the device to my Sprint phone. Took device and phone to a Sprint store where they were successfully married. I've only used in once since but was happy with performance.

I have an iPhone 3G and this headset met the bluetooth 2.0 requirements for it to be compatible. I have used Plantronics in the past and have found it easy to use and comfortable to wear. This one, however, isn't as comfortable since it has a thin, hard over-the-ear piece compared to the softer, snug piece of my previous Plantronics headset. The sound is fine, sometimes has static, but for the most part pretty clear and loud. I usually charge mine every night, so I have no issues with battery life during the day/evening of use. Pairs easily with iPhone 3G. Compared to other bluetooth 2.0 headsets, this one has a good price and is a good value overall.

Works great, doesnt hurt my ear after long periods of wearing, sound is clear, volume is good. Very easy to use as well. Overall great purchase for the price.

Searched for a bluetooth device to use while driving. Great price and easy sync with my Nokia phone. Volume of the unit is quite low and I often have to push the ear piece into my ear so I can hear the caller. The ear piece is not the most comfortable I have used. After about 15 minutes it begins to feel uncomfortable. Does not come with a car charger as one customer asked.

The only problem i have with this product is that it picks up quite a bit of background noise. This could be easily fixed by gluing a piece of foam to the mic. overall, it is a good product for the $30.

Purchased this model for my wife. She complained that larger and heavier Motorola ear piece she used previously prevented her from using it all day due to pain it inflicted. She loves weight of her new Plantronics 655, and reports only negative to be a slight drop in sound quality. She has found her keeper.

Probably because of my phone is not good with bluetooth, there's always a little noise. This product holds well on ear. I tried a Motorola model before, that's a nightmare.(I don't remember the model number. It's the one that's always on sale in dealsea.com. You have to pay the price.) Another thing about the product is that you can't never let any thing get between you and the phone. Or you will hear a lot of noise.

I really like this ear pc. I can wear my sun glasses while wearing the ear pc. and it fits fine. I love how when I turn it on it automatically prompts my phone. Speaker is great.... easy to turn the volume up and down.

It's lightweight, easy to use, and got really good range. Looks sleek as well. Got one for my gf, she's lovin it. Functionality, clarity...all great. I don't listen to her much, so I dont really know what the negatives are to this thing. Would recommend this product.

Got a ticket in CT for using my cell phone without a hands free device. The bluetooth device works great, very clear...if my phone rings, I just press the button on device and i'm connected...very intuitive.....great price and free shipping...what more could you ask for.......
