i purchased this and was sent a USED item. Imagine buying a headset with an earpiece that goes in your ear and you get sent something which was in someone else's ear already! The site said nothing about it being USED...incredible... Was this review helpful?

Don't trust that you'll get the correct headset shipped to you. I ordered this product and in turn got a Motorola referbished headset with a bad power cord. The headset works, just not the best. Very disappointed. Maybe the real product would have worked better. Was this review helpful?

At first I was in love because it connected fast and seemed to work better than my previous headset. But then people started telling me that they couldn't hear me because of the background noise. I tried to blame it on their end, but more and more people started to complain. I wish that I had gone with the 510.

Plantronics Explorer 330 Bluetooth Headset has great audio. I have to keep the volume down on the phone. Bought this model because of compatability with Treo 755P. Not as comfortable as other bluetooth headsets, but tolerable. Good battery life. Was this review helpful?
