This is by far the best handsfree device that I have tried. It is so easy to use once I figured out how the thing went into my ear.

When I lost the crappy bluetooth I'd been using for a few years now, I wanted one that had clear sound (for both me and the person on the other end) and that fit snugly in my ear. That was exactly what I got with the Discovery 925. It doesn't irritate my ear but doesn't fall out. The first few times I called people, I asked them how I sounded and they said great. They had no idea I was using a bluetooth at all. Much better than any other one I've tried, and reasonably priced at Buy.com.

This is the best headset I've owned. It is very comfortable sitting in my ear. It's very lightwieght and easy to use. Very pleased with my purchase!

The overall product I think is great. It comes in a case that has a charger built into it and it fits in your ear easily and it's very easy to hear... I think the quality of what your hearing could be a little bit more clear... I have had 4 other bluetooth headsets and this is by far the best one... The only other thing that I was not happy about was the volume control.. It's one button and it has 3 settings (low, medium, and high). But overall get it!!! It's comfortable, easy to use, and no annoying plastic going around your ear to hold it in place.

I have three of these Discovery 925 devices for my various mobile phones. I have used a gazillion different earpieces before this one and for many reasons I was disappointed. Either they just didn't fit well in my ear, or the person on the other end just couldn't understand me. The Discovery 925 fits snuggly in my ear, doesn't feel like it's going to fall out. I've been using them for about a year now and not once has anyone ever said they couldn't hear me because of the noise in the background such as when I'm driving or when other conversations are taking place around me. It's a fantastic device...even better than then JawBone in my opinion. I was a big fan of the Jawbone, it's just that the Jawbone wouldn't stay in my ear. It was also a great device to use when there's noise in the background, but the Discovery 925 just fits so well in my ear. My friends who have tried it also say that it fits well in their ears and it's really easy to hear someone talking to you because it's so snug and comfortable. The JawBone is great for eliminating background noise, but it doesn't fit in your ear well so it's hard to hear the conversation on the other end. This Discovery 925 does both - easy to hear someone else, and the person you're conversing with can eaisly hear you. I highly recommend.

This earpiece worked for me very well. It took me a few times to figure out which size cover fit my ear. I can hear very well, and the people on the other end hear me too. It's best when there's not much background noise. I just enjoy the hands-free/wireless feature. It's comfortable. I believe it's worth the price. It has good talk time. With the travel charge case, it's easy to keep charged. Happy Shopping.

I heard about the plantronics 925 from a friend....I bought it and I absolutely love it!! I use it all the time. The thing that I love about it is that it blocks out surrounding noises for a clear conversation. It is definately worth the money...and besides, it is way cheaper than at other stores or sites not to mention; it ships super quickly!! Love it!! :)

I am not disappointed with this Plantronics. After being around too many generators, helicopters and other loud, sharp noises, I was concerned with the volume output. Not to worry! The lowest setting is just fine. Finding an easy way to stick it in your ear is a challenge. Reminds me of my learning curve with contact lenses. An easier way to attach it to your ear needs to be devised. Once in, it's snug. Incoming and outgoing voice clarity is outstanding.

I bought this headset as an X-Mas gift for my girlfriend because the bluetooth headset that came with her I-Phone was too BIG & bulky, the ear clip hurt her ear, the sound quality was poor and it kept losing connectivity (SO Annoying)!! The Plantronics 925 is so small & lightweight that she hardly feels it in her ear! Sound quality is top notch! The noise cancelling feature does a great job of eliminating the background car noise! The sale price from Buy.com made my choice of the Plantronics 925 a "no brainer"!! Needless to say Santa got a LOT of Kudos this X-Mas!!!

My husband likes this gift very much. But he says that the sound quality is not perfect. However, it's better than any of the other blue tooths he has tried. He is wearing it almost all the time since he put it on, so he must like it.

I have really enjoyed having this headset since I bought it. It is very reliable, holds a long charge and I really love the recharge feature built in to the carrying case. I have always purchased Plantronics headsets because you have to look at all companies and see who really specializes in whatever it is you're buying. Plantronics specializes in headsets and they do it well.

A very good geeky friend of mine suggested this product so I ordered it. As far as I could tell it seemed to work well in terms of clarity, no static and noise cancellation. But since it gave me a sweaty ear and an headache after 2 hours, I had to return it. The design puts too much weight on the inside of your ear and stabilizes the device using a plastic support that fills your ear. Unlike ear buds for an mp3 player or corded headset, this design is not comfortable at all. It felt like my ear was being pulled all the time. Plus, the inside of my ear became tender and when it got sweaty from not being able to breathe, the headset would become loose. All they had to do was make an optional over the ear holder for it and it would have been great. I have been through 5 headsets in the last month. I currently have a Plantroncis and think they make good products but hte design of this one does not agree with me.

This beats any blue tooth on the market and I have tried my fair share. Clear, stays in your ear no matter the size. You can jog with this in your ear and it won't budge!!! It 's clear, folks say they can't hear back ground noise when I use it. The only thing is you can't get too far from your phone or it will click. 15 feet max

This is my first Bluetooth headset and I am pleased with it. I haven't tested it to extremes but it does a good job in the car and outdoors where I presume the noise canceling comes to play. My biggest concern was whether it would stay in my ear since it doesn't have an over-ear hook and I've had no problems. It even passes my very scientific head shake test. I like the very small and lightweight design of the Discovery, it's less annoying to me and those around me when in use. Those that wear headsets even when not using them will still be dorks, but that has nothing to do with the design or performance of this one. It's a good buy.

Many times, when a review is written, the information is useful..but, unless it's compared to similiar products..the review is just that, a guide. I have used,and/or lost, a Motorola, and a Jawbone Bluetooth, therefore,I am comparing the 3 products. The Plantronics 925, for me, is by far a better product. Voice quality, from the same areas I use daily, and reception, are better, at times just because of the voice clarity. This beats,the equally priced Jawbone. Comfort and ease to use, is above being better, beating out both, Motorola and Jawbone.It seems lighter in weight and not as "bulky" as the other two. If you run the battery down,the carry case also holds a charge.

I am a techie, so when I look for one, it ease of use, can I wear it, and most importantly can I hear and can the caller hear me. This one does it. And the shipping is fast.

I have been a Plantronics user for many years, especially of their phones. I have never had a problem with their products, including quality. I bought this headset as I was intrigued by it, and I just upgraded my cell phone to an HTC Touch. Less than a month after I bought it, for some reason it wouldn't hold a charge anymore. I went through Plantronics and they sent me a new one. So far this one hasn't had a problem. The only difference between this new and the one that went bad was that the charger was improved- the old charger is pictured on the product page here. The new one actually has a tab you press down on, that pops it out. The old charger it was very cumbersome to get it out. The only thing I have had mixed reviews about is background noise. Shopping in the supermarket and talking to someone with the supermarket PA going especially, I was told the background noise was loud, and they couldn't hear me.

I ordered this product on the reviews I read. Too bad I didn't read reviews on Buy.com first. I never got my order. I notiifed Buy.com and the sent it to their Tier2 Claims Team. I assumed they would get another one on its way. Unfortunately since they "strive for my complete satisfaction", all they did was refund half my money. I had to go through the credit card to get the other half. I then ordered it thru Newegg.com. I then received the best bluetooth out there. It feels great and sounds great. I really like the case that charges the device I have no complaints with this product. But I wish I had never tried Buy.com.

works great..gets in your ear quick, bonds and fires up quickly, lights make sense; great case that doubles as a charger, great battery life, strong construction..what's not to like? buy it.

Clever mini leather case that also holds one full charge. Instructions weren't as clear as I would have liked, but it all came together. Very pleasant sound both in and out, and other end can't hear noise from my car or other environment.

IMHO, Plantronic's AudioIQ noise control technology is comparable to Jawbone's Noise Shield, but I have yet to try their Jawbone2's NoiseAssassin. I've had no complaints with the mic response, but I haven't done a more comprehensive test beyond letting someone else use the 925 and calling me. The compact design without the ear loop makes this a convenient headset to use in either ear. The gel earbud (3 sizes to choose from) easily holds itself on your ear without being uncomfortable or "plugged." It's lightweight and very comfortable. It stores nicely in a case with a charging port about the size of a roll of quarters. I like this as it protects the headset when not in use, but I still hate carrying it in my pockets and it has no belt clip. Comes with both AC charger and USB charging cable. Its been great so far. :)

The ear insert for this headset is absolutely brilliant -- simple, comfortable, and stays comfortably in place in my earbud-hating ears! The sound is exceptional, with very little pickup of ambient noise and wind. The charger case is nice and small and helpfully packs a few extra hours of juice into its secondary battery. Really nice that both devices accept the new standard micro-USB power sources, and included in the box are a wall-charger and a USB-charger that runs off a computer's USB port. Whether you get this device on sale or pay full list price, you will be satisfied with the value for your money.

I purchased the Plantronics Discovery 925 Bluetooth Headset (Black) online recently. I took it out of the packaging, charged up the headset and the case (which is a really neat idea), and started using the product. It sounds crystal clear to me, and others have told me that I sound great on their end! I have no doubt that this is the best headset I have ever used! It is definitely worth the price.

It fits perfect. I even forget I have it on all the time. It looks smooth too, but people on the other end have a hard time hearing me and say it sounds like i'm in the bathroom or something. Also, I dont know if its the headset or my Blackberry, but the bluetooth connection is super crackly even when they are right next to each other. If I put my phone in my pocket, forget it. I love this headset for its looks and fit, but hate the sound quality. My girl of the week has a Jawbone II and it works incredible. I wish I would've got that.

I have had some cheap Motorola headsets I bought on eBay, and this thing feels a lot better, and sounds much clearer. No complaints.

After several failed attempts with blue-tooth headsets, I've finally found a keeper. This product not only looks good, it actually works well. I was worried about the fit in my ear as I seem to have problems with all kinds of headphones and earbuds, but this has fit just fine. The seal is tight enough that I can hear loud and clear, but there isn't any pressure on my ear at all. Folks on the other end of the conversation have also expressed no issues with sound quality. The only issue I've got, and it is incredibly minor, is with charging the device. Between the headset itself and the case, I am often confused as to which needs to be charged and for how long. I'm constantly checking the battery level and probably charging more than I should. But I have yet to run out of power, which is a good thing. Overall, I highly recommend this product

The product does work very well! Very clear and easy to use....have not mastered the voice commands yet, but I'm sure I will. The best part was the PRICE...saved nearly $50 in comparison to Plantronics website.

This is a good looking headset with nice accessories includng a charging case. It paired easily and the main push button control for initiated and ending calls works well. The volume button is hard to reach when in the middle of a call. Biggest drawback is if you have ears that are large, forget about getting a good fit. If the headset is stable in your ear, it swings the mic far away from your mouth causing sound quality to suffer. If you get it angled correctly, the earpiece will eventually fall out of your ear.

I got 2 of the black and 2 of the cerise so our family is covered. Everyone loves them. They stay in the ear. The sound quality is very good. The little charger pack is novel,neat,and works. Standby time .. so far so good. We have these 4 paired to iPhones, buy I have also used mine on a TyTN,

I bought this item for $160 from a kiosk retailer, when i found out that buy.com had it, i thought i got murdered. It's pretty good sleek, and im walking around with it,i feel real proud that i bought it. anywayz it's easy 2 use. u got a portable charger that keep it charged up everywhere u go 4 more than 2 hrs. Im in the military so it's very usefull, on the base where work at it's unsat 2 use your phone while driving. I never use any headset that sounds so clear, and it's also cheaper. Good Job Plantonics, since i got a good deal on it, it's even beta...

I needed a multi point bluetooth as I have 2 mobile phones that I carry. This model works awesome!! Two drawbacks in my opinion 1st is it does not work well in windy conditions 2nd is the size a bit large for my taste but the ease of use makes it worth it. A little hard to get used to the fit it feels like it will fall out, but after a few days using it I don't even notice it in my ear. Worth it in the long run.

I am not technical but wanted a headset that would not fall off. I've tried several. I tried the new Jabra and returned it to get this one. It really stays in your ear and is fairly comfortable. Sometimes I have to switch ears (and I love it that it's an option) but other times, I forget that I have it on and reach up to my ear to make sure I haven't lost it. With the Jabra, I could hear others well but they all complained that they couldn't hear me. I don't get complaints with this headset. If there is a breeze, it will pick it up but, other than that, I'm very satisfied with it. I love the small charger that is included so you always have one charge available when you're away from home. This was $119 at Best Buy so the price is right here too.
