3 of 5 Nice but issues Friday, November 06, 2009

First of all the unit performs nicely. It paired with iPhone quick, voice quality is good and comfortable in ear. The only problem I've had is with the volume buttons. The material is rubber and the volume arrows protrude up. On the first day I went to adjust the volume down and the arrow separated. After a few more days it tore off. Product still works but looks poor and can't adjust volume down. I'll keep as a backup. Would prefer plastic buttons instead of rubber.
