Look nice, works great, but make sure that you will be OK with Headset only-there is no other way to use it.Nothing to complain -it was my mistake, but it is very uncomfortable. No speaker phone.
Other than that nice unit.

CT12 is a great little phone. Works great, the range is good. However, I am now on my 3rd phone. If they cold make the headseat wireless from the actual phone it would be perfect. The wire gets in the way and takes a lot of abuse; getting caught on things such as your chair arm. As a resule where the headset plugs into the phone the connection becomes warn out quickly making it almost impossible to carry on a conversation without a lot of static and you end up replacing a lot of head sets, until you realize it is not the headhet it is actually the plug where the headsets plug into. Its a great little phone just wish it lasted longer.

If this thing had call waiting caller ID I'd own 10 of them. Range is outstanding. I use this at a car dealership where I work and can walk the whole lot and still stay connected. Buttons are a little on the small side but it lends to its compact design.

4.3 of 5 Excellent Range and Clarity, but ... 9/29/2006

POSITIVE: I am very pleased with the range and clarity of the CT12. In my large office building it has greater range than my old CT10 (which had been dropped too many times), allowing me to go as far as 1/2 city block away from the base without loss of quality.
NEGATIVE: The keypad buttons are very small. Also, you cannot use the phone in the charging cradle. It will not answer while in the cradle, and if you put it back in the cradle it hangs up. Although the CT10 belt clip was very good, the CT12 belt clip is terrible, virtually useless.
CONCLUSION: I'd buy it again.
