I run a call center and just about everyone uses a headset. We never had problems with the old CS50 and we not experiencing any with the new CS55. Set up takes about a minute and after it's charged you are ready to go. You would think that with as many headsets in our office being used at once there would be some problems with interference from the other but it just never happens. Highly recommended product. easy to set up, easy to use. Delivery as expected with no problems. Was this review helpful?

This is a fantastic headset! The range is excellent as well as the quick charge time. I have not tested the 10 hour talk time that it claims to have but so far after using it for a week it's a great buy. Was this review helpful?

This is a great improvement from the CS50. I work in a call center environment and the CS50 headsets would always experience some type of static and the reps were unable to hear the help desk reps. I took the CS55 headsets right out of the box and they worked like a charm. No static and the reception is clear! I would highly recommend the CS55 headsets! Was this review helpful?
