The product worked (works) perfectly. Installation was seamless. People on the other end of the phone line all tell me the sound is perfect and that they can't tell I'm on a wireless mic.

This product is everything the description said it would be. I spend over half of my work time on the phone, this product allows me to multitask easier and when fully charged lasts all day. I love this headset. I was in someone's office when they were trying to install another brand of headset and it was a fiasco. This headset was extremely easy to install and use. I bought two for my business but I liked it so much, I kept the second one for use at home. The only issue I've had is one time it wouldn't come on (or do anything). I figured out that, although I had "hung it up", it didn't charge. When you place it back on the charging stand, make sure the blinking orange light comes on, indicating it is charging. If not, adjust it so that the headset is touching the charging mechanism properly. Was this review helpful?

I purchase this model way back when they first came onto the market. It get used 8-10 hours 5 days a week. No problems. I have not even had to replace the battery yet. Amazing. These would be cheap at twice the price.

I have purchased at least a dozen of these for our office. They work like a champ and never seem to have any issues. The one time we did have a slight glitch, tech support walked us through a resolution in a very timely manner. The range on the headsets is incredible and even if you walk out of range, it doesn't hang up the line. Whenever you get back in range, the person is still there (assuming they didn't hang up). The only bad thing I can say is you'll get so spoiled you'll never want to use the phone again without it. The range is fabulous, super clear reception all over our 2100 sq. ft. home, I can even go out to the street to the mailbox and continue conversations. The phone lifter is wonderful as well. I have rheumatoid arthritis, so being on the phone for a long time really affects my neck, shoulders and hands. This phone has been a complete godsend!
I contacted Plantronics once regarding a small detachable earpiece that my son accidentally broke; not only were they helpful, it was here in 3 days AT NO CHARGE! I wrote Plantronics a complimentary letter about their service, customer service rep, etc. and received a superprompt and very kind reply. This is a "top shelf" company and when the time comes to get another phone, it will definitely be a plantronics! (and no, I don't work for the company, or have relatives employed by them, etc.) They just make great products!! Was this review helpful?

I have had my headset for over a year now and it has been a very good spend. I can walk down from my second floor office and still have a good connection out in the parking lot. I have recommended it to others in our company.
My only problem with it is that the earpiece attachment is very uncomfortable and requires me to use the over-the-head boom. I have called the company to see if a different solution was available and one is not. Was this review helpful?

As always, Plantronics makes top quality products. This headset is no exception. Easy to set up. I like the auto pick-up and hang-up of the handset when I remove and return the headset to the base. Sound quality is the same as the handset on both ends. It's great to walk around the floor of my office, even out to the outside of my building and still maintain the conversation. Over the years I've bought a lot of expensive headsets for my company, but this unit from Plantronics is clearly the best of the best. Battery life is excellent... my receptionist uses hers for 8 hours without recharging. Voice quality and range are both phenomenal; most people I talk with can't tell that I'm using a headset. When combined with the HL10 Handset Lifter, I can easily roam amongst the buildings on our campus and still receive clear calls... well in excess of the noted range.
