The package does not include any operating instructions. I downloaded them from their website. The headset paired easily with my Motorola L2. I installed the Personal version of the PerSonoCall software on my computer. The headset paired easily but did not fully function (answer/end call) with my Cisco IP Communicator II VOIP. I removed the Personal version from my computer and installed the Enterprise version from their website. Everything works. I can now use the single headset to access my cellphone and my VOIP.

I'm really thrilled with this headset purchase. I've not owned a bluetooth headset before so I can't compare with other products, but this is very comfortable, and gives very clear sound. I bought it specifically because it's "Skype certified" and it’s worked great with both my cell phone and my computer. (I also love not being tethered to my computer when using Skype!)<br><br> It's a bit pricier than other cell phone bluetooth headsets, but since I also needed a new headset for my computer, this was cheaper than buying a headset for my phone and one for my computer.<br><br> I was a bit surprised to find that this model only comes with the USB charger. That's right - it does not come with a wall charger. (That got annoying quickly.) However, I got the "Belkin F8Z145 Dual USB Power Adapter" and have been pleased. Adding the Belkin Power Adapter was marginally cheaper than if I'd gotten this same headset packaged with the USB dongle and A/C adapter, AND I can charge other USB devices (including my iPod) too!<br><br> The headset is very easy to use. I'm still getting used to some of the features and will need to read the manual again one of these days. But I was able to synch it to both my cell phone and my computer easily, and have been able to use most of the features easily.

Excellent headset, installs quickly and easily. Only complaint is the on/off button is small and flimsy. Otherwise, much clearer and comfortable than my Motorola headset.

The voice quality is extremely good. And because the ear bud actually fits in your ear, your sound reception is extremely clear as well. Sound quality in both directions is excellent. When the other party can't tell you are using a Bluetooth, you know it's good. Only major drawback was instructions for use. I had to call tech support to figure out how to attach it to my computer and cell phone. Once pass that, I had no trouble attaching it to my cell phone and my Bluetooth laptop. You definitely should download their user documentation or contact tech support, which was also extremely helpful. Although you can switch between both cell phone and laptop, if both are in 'range', you have to manually 'enable' the headset, if you want to make an outgoing call. The unit ships with 3 different ear pieces, so finding one that is comfortable is easy. It is comfortable to wear and you forget you are wearing it. If you go back and forth between your cell phone and computer calls, having one device that can switch between them easily is a tremendous advantage.

I bought this product specifically for use with my laptop. It's easy to use, nicely packaged, comes with a charging unit and is performing well. The only change I would like to see is to have the button on the transmitter protruding more for a better tactile feel. I have had minor difficulty telling if I had enabled the transmitter on an incoming calls.
