I'm average height (5'10") but the Pilates Power Gym feels short during some exercises especial with the leg straps on. It also isn't wide enough, my arms hang off it most the time. And the shoulder pads are too close together, the rotating foam pad and the handles seem to alway get in the way when I'm laying down, I have to be careful to make sure I get my head in the tight space. It would of been nice to have more exercises on the two included dvds, you really end up with only 4 workouts. If I had been on the ball I probably would of returned it and looked for something else. I do like how little room it takes up to store and the construction is simple and durable enough. I like the concept of the built in cables in the shoulder rests but maybe a flat shoulder rest with a rotating top would be better, that and a little more space between the shoulder rest for those of us with bigger heads. I also like how much resistance you can create by raising the platform.
