4 of 5 Stylish Monday, November 05, 2007 A Customer from Odessa, Tx
I bought this frame for my mother as a Chrsitmas gift. Although a little pricey for what it is, the item is very stylish. It is not the easiest digital frame I have ever seen but it isn't very complicated once you play around with it for a while. If you are looking for something inexpensive and quick, this isn't the frame for you. However, if you want something that will look good in any room and has great picture quality, I would recommend this frame. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 great gift to give to grandparents Friday, June 15, 2007 len from new jersey
Got this for my mom, as i've been taking digital pictures of her grandkids, and don't have tons of time to print the pics out & send them to her. This way she has a bunch, and it doesn't clutter up her house with 50 frames. It was very easy to set up and transfer the pictures to the digital frame. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Great Anniversary Gift Wednesday, June 13, 2007 Keith from Port Orchard, WA
This turned out to be a great gift for my wife. The interchangeable frames are a nice addition and the picture loading process is very easy and user friendly. I saw the exact same frame at a local electronics store 3 weeks after my purchase and was very happy to find out that I saved almost $100 at BUY.COM. Remember to purchase a memory card if you plan on loading more than 50 pictures Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Very good frame Thursday, June 07, 2007 A Customer from Orlando, FL
We already had one Phillpis Digital Frame and love it. When I went looking for a good Father's Day gift, I knew right away that we had to get a second one - this one for my husband's office!
The picture quality is great - just like real photos. It is very easy to to upload pictures and the rest of the controls are very intuitive. We did buy a larger memory card though so that we can put more pictures in the frame.
Overall, it's a great frame and worth every penny. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Great Gift Tuesday, May 29, 2007 A Customer from Pgh, PA
Setup was easy.
I opened everything up, downloaded a couple pics onto it's internal memory, set it on slideshow and set it on my Mmther's desk before she got into work.
It worked out great, and she loves it.
Only disappointment is the battery life, somewhere around 90min.

5 of 5 Great frame Monday, May 28, 2007 Sue from Bolingbrook, Illinois
Bought this as a gift for Mother's Day and my mom loves it. We put pictures in of all of the grandkids/kids and she thought it was the neatest thing. Picture quality is very good. A great product for a decent price. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 GREAT!!!! Saturday, April 21, 2007 Nicole from Louisiana
This by far has the best picture around and smooth transition. It is user friendly and again, the resolution could not be more perfect! Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Philips 7FF1M4 Is Good Thursday, February 08, 2007 A Customer from Southport, NC
I purchased three of these because:
The resolution is good.
It can read directly from SD and CF (my types). Some units can only read from internal RAM -- which is often small (e.g.,64mb).
The user interface is clean and easy to follow.
The 4 accent color frames make it simple to coordinate with the room colors
The price is right, it is a good value. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Once turned on, you can't take your eyes off it Monday, January 29, 2007 A Customer from New York, NY
Crystal clear picture, easy to use, compatible with all types of memory cards. You need to think carefully before putting it at a work place, because once turned on, you will be constantly 'distracted' by it. The only downside is that it cannot be used as a card reader, so to copy photos onto a card you need to buy a reader separately. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 best digital frame available Monday, January 08, 2007 Tom from Dover, NH
This product has everything that you could want out of a digital frame. Onboard memory is very generous (about 100 photos). Easy software. Excellent quality, brightness, and nice interchangable frames. If you want a digi frame- get this one. Was this review helpful?

I had looked at no less than 10 different digital frames, read reviews, and finally decided to order this frame even though I had not been able to see one on display. It is beyond my expectations and a great value. For me, picture quality was my #1 criteria for selection -- several of the other frames I had looked at just didn't have resolution, brightness control or color true-ness/clarity. This frame is outstanding in that regard. The images are sharp and beautifully viewable even from off-angle (looking at screen), and the brightness is perfect, even without any 'tweaking' of settings.
To make the package even better, this frame was a breeze to use. Within a minute, I had turned it on, inserted the SD card from my camera, and was viewing a slideshow in less time than it took to open the shipping box. I didn't have to re-size anything -- all of my pictures played beautifully full-screen.
The setting and menu buttons are elementary to navigate through, and I like the design (icons on the screen matching the physical button location on the top backside of the frame). Easy, easy, easy. And lots of options for customization, timing, transition effects, ect., if you want to customize more than the initial simple plug-and-play factory pre-sets.
I had been a bit skeptical as to whether or not I would like the frame stying (the acryllic/interchangeable faceplates), but the design sets off the screen very nicely, and is a more attractive package than I expected -- and definitely better than some of the heavy black plastic frames on other brands. It is slim and sleek, and a very nice profile - no clunky box hanging off the back.
Overall, having done a lot of looking around, I don't think there is another frame on the market that can compare. I am ordering a second for a gift. This is THE one. Was this review helpful?
4 of 4 customers found this review helpful. 4 of 5 Excellent photo frame Tuesday, November 21, 2006 A Customer from Atlanta, GA
This frame works great! It has all sorts of options for getting photos onto the frame. The options for displaying is great (transitions, display time, etc). I also really like the feature that automatically turns the frame off at any time you pick, and then back on at another time you pick! The frame itself looks good without being too traditional looking (it is a digital frame after all), and it doesn't have some company logo plastered all over the front like many others. It doesn't show movie clips or play audio, though, so be aware.

I bought one of these electronic photo frames for my 86 year old Mom and have uploaded a collection of family photos for her to enjoy over the holidays. The photos look great on it. The backlighting brightens up snapshots so they look better than a print.
The startup documentation is a little sketchy but I think I figured it all out. I could not figure out if there is a way to change the order of the pics in slide show mode. They upload in alpha order, if you upload them as a group and the pc software does not seem to have a way to let you change the order. I had to add the pics to the upload area one at a time to make sure they ended up displaying in the order I wanted.
Great product. Seems to be very well made.
