5 of 5 The BEST earphones - and comfortable, too! Sunday, August 16, 2009

We own (and have tried) *dozens* of earphones (and headphones, as well.) The Philips 'surround sound' earphones are the BEST. Our son prefers the standard earbud type, but those hurt my ears in a short time - even the expensive ones lack depth of sound. The Philips earphones fit my ear - granted, I had to work at it initially - they sit deeper in the ear. I can use these for hours and still have happy, comfortable ears. And, most importantly, the sound is *amazing*!! I now hear the *full* range of robust sound, and at a much lower volume setting - it's like a direct pipeline (so be sure to start with low volume.) I just came back to order another set (or two)... Was this review helpful?
